MOG35-55诱导实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎小鼠模型的建立

      髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白(MoG35-55)诱导的实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)是MS经典动物模型, 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统(CNS)慢性炎症性脱髓鞘性疾病,其确切发病机制尚不清楚。目前所使用的MOG多为商业合成肽段MOG35-55,MOG35-55是髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein,的第35-55位片段MEVGWYRSPFSRVVHLYRNGK,存在于髓鞘膜和少突胶质细胞的最外层,故具有高度免疫原,其基本信息如下:
